Farmers get two dairy cows each to boost their income
TWO hundred farmers will be recipients of two dairy cows each.
The programme undertaken by the National Unity Ministry will help the farmers generate income, Makkal Osai reported.
The Malaysian Indian Transformation Unit (Mitra), which functioned under the ministry, will arrange for the Friesian cows.
This breed of cows is said to produce the largest amount of milk in the world.
